All Sales Are Final for Research Chemicals
Due to the sensitive nature of our products and strict regulations surrounding research compounds, we do not accept returns or exchanges once peptides have been shipped.
We will gladly replace or refund your order if:
● The product arrived damaged or compromised
● You received the wrong product
● Your package was lost in transit
To qualify:
● Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
● Provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
● Keep the product and packaging until the issue is resolved./p>
